Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked:

SHIPPING 

Who pays for shipping? 

All items are FOB shipping point and applicable charges shall be paid by the Purchaser.

Do you ship internationally? 

Contact us directly to determine if international shipping is available for a particular item.

 

How long does shipping take? 

Shipping time will be determined at time of order and is based on current stock and handling conditions.

 

Will I be charged for taxes?

Any applicable tax shall be paid by the Purchaser.

RETURNS

What is your returns policy? 

No items may be returned without prior written approval from StainlessBuy.  Returns requests must be made within (30) days of delivery and shall include a Return Materials Authorization number provided by StainlessBuy. A restocking fee may apply.

 

Do you refund?

Accepted returns will be issued a refund at purchase price minus applicable restocking fee. Custom made order items are not returnable for refund.

What forms of payments do you accept? 

Payment is due at time of order by Credit Card unless prior approval of Term Account has been established.

 

What are your warranty terms & conditions?

We warranty the products supplied to be free of defects in quality and materials.  No other warranty expressed or implied will apply.
